Supervision of the Service Providers’ Activities. The Service Providers will, at all times, be subject to the supervision of the relevant Service Recipient’s Governing Body and will only provide or arrange for the provision of such Services as such Governing Body may request from time to time and provided that the relevant Governing Body shall remain responsible for all investment and divestment decisions made by the Service Recipient.
