Supervision of Work. Consultant shall properly supervise the performance of the Work so as to ensure its completion in a timely manner, safely, accurately, and in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. Consultant shall be fully responsible and assumes liability for the acts and omissions of all persons directly or indirectly employed by, or working at the direction of, the Consultant in the completion of the work.
