SUPERVISOR’S RESPONSIBILITY. On any incident which could lead to discipline the supervisor must do the following: 21.2.2.1 A supervisor will tell the worker why the worker is being called for a conference. 21.2.2.2 The supervisor will inform the worker(s) of their right to representation, if they wish.
