Supervisory Responsibility Pay. In the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing, persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Nursing, and non-nursing department heads, a Nurse is required to supervise all other Employees. When the majority of hours in a Nurse’s tour are worked with this requirement, the Nurse so assigned shall be paid a supervisory responsibility pay of one dollar and thirty cents (1.30) per hour for all hours worked, during such tour.
