Supplemental Contract. FINAL PAY STATEMENT C. LONGEVITY PAY 1. Those teachers who have completed fourteen (14) years but less than twenty (20) years of continuous service with the Xxxx Xxxxxx School District (including districts annexed or consolidated and now a part of this district) shall receive a sum equal to two percent (7%) of the base salary.
