High School Counselor. 8.1701 Assist students in planning academic alternatives, i.e., concurrent enrollment, G.E.D., California High School Proficiency Test.
High School Counselor. The High School counselor will receive ten (10) additional per diem days during the contractual year. The counselor will use these days at his/her discretion, using a time sheet signed by the employee and the building principal. (2011)
High School Counselor. The regular workday schedule for the school year shall be mutually agreed to between the Counselor and the High School Principal during the first week of the school year. When a deviation from the regular workday is necessary, a minimum notice of five (5) workdays shall be provided. This requirement may be waived in the case of an emergency. Deviations in the Counselor’s workday schedule shall not exceed a thirty-five hours and forty-five minutes workweek.
