Common use of Supplemental Duty Compensation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Duty Compensation. During the regular term or summer, department chairs or other faculty members may be assigned additional extra-instructional duties beyond those described in Section 15.9.c.(3) above, and specific to certain departments and programs, including but not limited to career-technical education programs (CTE).
