Supplemental Funding. Upon request by the Member Library, TADL may consider, in its sole discretion, providing supplemental funding to the Member Library at the request of the Member Library based upon a change of circumstance or other good cause. These requests will be evaluated by the TADL Board on a case by case basis, and any decision regarding supplemental funding requests will be left to the sole discretion of the TADL Board.
