Supplemental Release Effective Date. Employee understands that this Supplemental Release shall be null and void (i) if executed by Employee before the Separation Date (as defined in the Transition Agreement), (ii) if executed by Employee before the Transition Agreement becomes effective, or (iii) if not executed by Employee within twenty-one (21) days following the Separation Date (as defined in the Transition Agreement). This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Employee signed this Supplemental Release, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Supplemental Effective Date”). The Company will provide Employee with the consideration provided by Section 1.b of the Transition Agreement in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

Executive understands that this Supplemental Release shall be null and void if not executed by him within twenty-one (21) days after the end of the Transition Period (as defined in the Transition Agreement). Executive may not sign this Supplemental Release until after the end of the Transition Period. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Agreement to revoke it. This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signs this Supplemental Release (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”), so long as the Transition Agreement and this supplemental release have both been signed by the Parties and neither has been revoked by either Party before that date.

This Supplemental Release will become effective on the date that it has been signed by both Parties. The Company will continue to provide Consultant with the consideration provided by Section 1.a. of the Separation Agreement in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
Supplemental Release Effective Date. This Supplemental Release will become effective upon its execution by the Executive (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”). Following the Supplemental Release Effective Date, the Company shall disburse the consideration specified in, and in the manner required by, Section 1.c. of the Retirement Agreement in accordance with the terms of that agreement and the NQDC.

Advisor understands that this Supplemental Release shall be null and void (i) if executed by Advisor before the termination or expiration of the Advisory Agreement, or (ii) if not executed by Advisor within twenty-one (21) days following termination or expiration of the Advisory Agreement. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Supplemental Release to revoke it. This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Advisor signed this Supplemental Release, so long as it has been signed by the Parties on or after the Separation Date and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”).

Executive understands that this Supplemental Release shall be null and void if not executed by Executive, and returned to the Company, within the twenty-one (21) days after the end of the Transition Period. Each Party has seven (7) days after that Party signs this Supplemental Release to revoke it. This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signed this Supplemental Release, so long as it has been signed by the Parties and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”). The Company will provide Executive the consideration provided in Section 1.b of the Retirement Agreement on March 15, 2019, in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
Supplemental Release Effective Date. Executive understands that Executive has had more than twenty-one (21) days to consider this Supplemental Release since first receiving it with the Separation Agreement to which it was attached as Exhibit A (the “Agreement”). To accept this Supplemental Release, Executive must sign it no earlier than July 5, 2022 and then return the signed copy to the Company no later than July 8, 2022, and this Supplemental Release shall be null and void if Executive fails to do so. This Agreement will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Executive signed this Supplemental Release, so long as it has been signed by the Company and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”).

Liang understands that this Supplemental Release shall be null and void if not executed by him within twenty-one (21) days after the termination of the Consulting Agreement. This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Liang signs this Supplemental Release (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”), so long as the Separation Agreement and the Supplemental Release have both been signed by the Parties and neither has been revoked by either Party before that date.
Supplemental Release Effective Date. Consultant understands that Consultant has had more than twenty-one (21) days to consider this Supplemental Release since first receiving it with the Separation Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) to which it was attached as Exhibit B. To accept this Supplemental Release, Consultant must sign it no earlier than the last day of the Post-Employment Consulting Period (as defined in the Agreement) and then return the signed copy to the Company no later than five business days following the last day of the Post-Employment Consulting Period, and this Supplemental Release shall be null and void if Consultant fails to do so. This Supplemental Release will become effective on the eighth (8th) day after Consultant signs this Supplemental Release, so long as it has been signed by the Company and has not been revoked by either Party before that date (the “Supplemental Release Effective Date”).
