Retirement Agreement definition

Retirement Agreement means any agreement between the Corporation and the Executive, under which the Corporation agreed to pay the Executive a retirement allowance following his retirement or early retirement from employment with the Corporation, in accordance with the terms of that agreement and including any amendments made from time to time to such agreement;
Retirement Agreement means an individual agreement between a Category A Key Employee and the Company providing for supplemental executive retirement benefits.
