Supplier Code. The Grower acknowledges receipt of the Company’s Supplier Code and confirms that they have read and understood it. The Grower agrees to adhere to the Supplier Code, as it may be updated periodically throughout the period of supplying Produce to the Company.

Supplier Code. Operator will comply, at its sole cost and expense, with any social compliance and product safety requirements made available by Amazon to Operator (collectively, “Compliance Requirements”), including Amazon’s Supplier Code of Standards and Responsibilities, which is posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=000000000 as of the Effective Date. Sun manufacturing supplier codes shall identify the Sun plant code (002, 200, etc). Sun Purchasing shall assign the supplier or vendor code for all non-Sun manufacturing sites or OEM suppliers.   • Supplier A manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, supplier, or vendor of goods or equipment in connection with the Work, or any other party having a Contract or Purchase Order with the Contractor or with a Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Third Party Software Any portion of the Software that constitutes third party software, including software provided under a public license, is licensed to You subject to the terms and conditions of the software license agreements accompanying such third party software, or as set forth in the thirdpartylicenses.txt file accompanying the Software.

  • Proprietary Software Depending upon the products and services You elect to access through Electronic Access, You may be provided software owned by BNY Mellon or licensed to BNY Mellon by a BNY Mellon Supplier (“Proprietary Software”). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Proprietary Software on Your authorized computer system (including mobile devices registered with BNY Mellon) and to use the Proprietary Software solely for Your own internal purposes in connection with Electronic Access and solely for the purposes for which it is provided to You. You and Your Users may make copies of the Proprietary Software for backup purposes only, provided all copyright and other proprietary information included in the original copy of the Proprietary Software are reproduced in or on such backup copies. You shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or attempt to determine the source code for, any Proprietary Software. Any attempt to circumvent or penetrate security of Electronic Access is strictly prohibited.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Source Code 5.1 Nothing in this XXXX shall give to the User or any other person any right to access or use the Source Code or constitute any licence of the Source Code.

  • Product Warranty Seller provides general warranties of fitness and general warranties that the goods are free from defects, for 1 year from acceptance of the goods, except as may otherwise be set forth in the Description/Proposal, or other attached warranty.
