Common use of Supplier’s Quality Manual Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Quality Manual. The Supplier shall have a quality manual that has been reviewed, approved, and signed by a Supplier’s senior management official. The Supplier shall periodically review and update the manual to reflect current quality policies and procedures. The period for review may be established by the Supplier’s management but is not to exceed 2 years. The manual shall contain, but is not limited to, the following:
