Supplier’s Responsibility. The Supplier is obliged to comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements that affect its business processes. Continuous improvement of their processes, as well as reliability in terms of delivery schedules and quantities represent integral parts of the Supplier´s quality policy. Subcontracting to third parties is not permitted without explicit prior approval of the Buyer. The Supplier commits their subcontractors to also comply with this QAA.
