Common use of Supplier’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Responsibility. The Supplier is obliged to comply with the legal and official requirements concerning his business processes. The continuous improvement of its processes, as well as adherence to delivery dates and quantities are part of the supplier's quality policy in order to achieve the intended zero-defect target. The Supplier may subcontract the complete order of the Buyer to third parties only with a written consent of the Buyer or the Buyer's customer. The Supplier shall also oblige his sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to comply with the contents of this Quality Assurance Agreement.
