Common use of Supplies & Equipment Clause in Contracts

Supplies & Equipment. The board recognizes that appropriate texts, library references, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, standard texts and similar materials are tools of the teaching profession. 14-1 Teachers’ recommendations on quality and durability of supplies and equipment shall be considered when re-ordering. 14-2 Teachers shall retain a copy of the requisition form whereupon they have requested supplies and equipment and shall be informed of the disposition of their request by the principal.
