Supply of Original Material. The Provider agrees to supply the Original Material to the Recipient under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider could not be held responsible for the possible damages of transport. Recipient shall understand that use of Original Material is subject to Inserm’s rights.
Supply of Original Material. 2.1 The Original Material will be provided by the laboratory XXXX (European Mouse Mutant Archive, CDTA-Orléans). Original Material is hosted in the European EMMA. The Scientific send the authorization to XXXX, allowing them to delivery of the Material to the Site of investigation to the attention of the Investigator, at Investigator expenses. This delivery is under the condition that the Investigator has made ​​a request on the website of the EMMA and have ensured the payment of various fees associated (fixed costs of accommodation and EMMA shipping Original Material).

  • ORIGINAL MATERIAL The description of the material being transferred will be specified in an implementing letter.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty The Goods include the manufacturer’s standard limited parts warranty to replace defective parts covered under such warranty exclusive of labor. Labor is warranted by the Elevator Contractor for 90 days following installation. The manufacturer’s parts warranty may require that the Goods be maintained throughout the warranty period by an authorized manufacturer’s representative under a separate maintenance contract. Any warranty is conditioned on written notice to the Elevator Contractor within warranty period and contingent upon receipt of final payment to Elevator Contractor.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS 1.10.1 Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the service in a manner consistent with the Project Manager’s plan and schedule. Contractor’s equipment shall be of the size and type appropriate for completing the various types of work described in the contract or any associating Purchase Order. Contractor shall ensure that any equipment considered by the Project Manager to be improper or inadequate for this purpose is removed from the site and replaced with satisfactory equipment.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
