Common use of Supply of the Services Clause in Contracts

Supply of the Services. 5.1.1 The Supplier shall supply the Services in accordance with the Implementation Plan. 5.1.2 The Supplier shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Customer's requirements as set out in the Contract in consideration for the payment of the Contact Charges. The Customer may inspect and examine the manner in which the Supplier supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice. 5.1.3 Subject to the Customer providing Approval in accordance with clause 5.2.2 (Provision and Removal of Equipment), the supply of the Services shall betimely, including in relation to commencing the supply of the Services within the time agreed or on a specified date. 5.1.4 The Supplier shall ensure that the Services are fully compatible with all equipment used by the Customer from time to time including the Customer's equipment specified in paragraph 5.2 of the Order Form and the Customer System. 5.1.5 The Supplier agrees that the Customer relies on the skill and judgment of the Supplier in the supply of the Services and the performance of its obligations under the Contract. 5.1.6 The Customer where appropriate may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice. The Contractor shall provide free of charge all such facilities as the Authority may reasonably require for such inspection and examination. Services may include planning or preliminary work in connection with the supply of the Services.
