Common use of Supply of the Services Clause in Contracts

Supply of the Services. 3.1. In consideration of the payment by the Customer of the Charges in accordance with clause 6, Nviron shall, with effect from the Commencement Date, supply the Services to the Customer. 3.2. Subject always to the relevant provisions of the Agreement (including clause 4.5) Nviron shall supply the Services with reasonable skill and care. 3.3. Nviron shall, in supplying the Services, comply with all applicable laws in force from time to time relating to such supply.
