Support and Service Level Terms. Subject to the terms hereof, Konnektive will: (a) provide Subscriber with reasonable technical support services in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit A, Paragraph 3; and (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Subscriber Konnektive’s Services and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement set forth in Section 16.
