SUPPORT FOR ADVISORY GROUPS Sample Clauses

The SUPPORT FOR ADVISORY GROUPS clause establishes the obligations or provisions for providing resources, assistance, or facilitation to advisory groups associated with an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines what types of support—such as administrative help, meeting spaces, or access to information—must be made available to these groups to enable them to function effectively. By clearly defining the support mechanisms, the clause ensures that advisory groups can fulfill their consultative or oversight roles without unnecessary obstacles, thereby promoting informed decision-making and effective project governance.
