Support Issues. The Xxxxxx Help Desk will be available during regular business hours to assist with technical issues related to remote access. The response of the Help Desk will be prioritized based upon the urgency and importance of the issue. Physician Office shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the technical validity and reliability of connectivity with the System and will immediately advise the Help Desk of any difficulties or issues.

Support Issues. Physician Office and IHP shall cooperate to ensure the best possible operation of the System, for both remote and on-site access. Physician Office shall immediately notify IHP of security incidents, System problems, or if the Physician Office hires, terminates, or changes the employment status of any individual who is or should be an Authorized User. Physician Office shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the technical validity and reliability of connectivity with the System and will immediately advise IHP of any difficulties or issues.

  • CFR PART 200 Procurement of Recovered Materials A non-Federal entity that is a state agency or agency of a political subdivision of a state and its contractors must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines.   • Issues Prior to the start of an arbitration hearing under this Agreement, the Employer and the Union shall attempt to reduce to writing the issue or issues to be placed before the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall address itself solely to the issue or issues presented and shall not impose upon either party any restriction or obligation pertaining to any matter raised in the dispute which is not specifically related to the submitted issue or issues.

  • Organ Transplants This plan covers organ and tissue transplants when ordered by a physician, is medically necessary, and is not an experimental or investigational procedure. Examples of covered transplant services include but are not limited to: heart, heart-lung, lung, liver, small intestine, pancreas, kidney, cornea, small bowel, and bone marrow. Allogenic bone marrow transplant covered healthcare services include medical and surgical services for the matching participant donor and the recipient. This plan covers high dose chemotherapy and radiation services related to autologous bone marrow transplantation to the extent required under R.I. Law § 27-20-60.
