Support Reinstatement for Lapsed Enrollment. If a lapse in enrollment in the Support Services occurs, then Customer may be assessed a reinstatement fee. The amount of the reinstatement fee may increase the longer the enrollment has lapsed.

Support Reinstatement for Lapsed Enrollment. Xxxxxxxxx Electric strongly encourages Customers to renew their Customer FIRST support enrollment on time; in other words, prior to the expiration date. Customer’s ability to access Xxxxxxxxx Electric technical support and service resources will expire with the Customer FIRST agreement end date. Additionally, should a lapse in support enrollment occur, Customers may be assessed a reinstatement fee. The amount of the reinstatement fee may increase the longer the enrollment has lapsed.
