Support Service Prioritisation. 6.1. We will prioritise support services requested by you under this SLA in accordance with the following severity code classification (as determined by us in our absolute discretion): ● Major (Severity 1) – A Software Error or Measurement Error which either (a) impacts an essential part of Your App; or (b) materially impacts your business operations. ● Normal (Severity 2) – An Error or Measurement Error which either (a) impacts a non-essential part of Your App; or (b) does not materially impact your business operations.
