Availability Target. 2.1. We will use our best endeavours to make the AHI Platform Available, as measured over each calendar month during the Term (each such calendar month, a Service Period), at least 99% of the time, excluding only the time it is not Available solely as a result of your breach of the Agreement, Your App, a Scheduled Outage, an outage of any infrastructure or hosting service supplied by Amazon Web Services or a Force Majeure Event. ’Available’ means the AHI Platform is available and operable for access by Your App via the Licensed SDKs.
Availability Target. Sprinklr shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Availability of the Platform 99.5% of the time during each calendar monthly reporting period, excluding (i) Scheduled Maintenance Windows; (ii) unavailability caused by acts or omissions of Customer or its agents; (iii) unavailability caused by network unavailability or bandwidth limitations outside of the Sprinklr network; (iv) issues arising from problems in the software, firmware or hardware of Sprinklr’s suppliers; (v) hacks, malicious introduction of viruses, disabling devices, and other forms of attacks that disrupt access to the Platform; (vi) power outages or other telecommunications or Internet failures; and (vii) events outside of Sprinklr’s control (“Availability Target”). In the case of subsections (iv) and (v), such events shall be included in the calculation of Availability if the outage could have been prevented by reasonable and customary precautions in the hosting industry, which precautions were not taken. The Availability of the Platform for a given calendar month will be calculated according to the following formula (referred to herein as the “Availability”): Where: Total minutes in the month = TMM; Total minutes in month unavailable = TMU; and: Availability = ((TMM-TMU) x 100)/TMM. Sprinklr’s records and data will be the sole basis for all SLA calculations and determinations.
Availability Target. Spirent aims to maintain a minimum of 95% availability for the GNSSForesight Forecast Service calculated according to Section 3 below.
Availability Target. The Availability target of an SLA indicates the probabilistic level of reliability of the serv provided, based on its design, including protection mechanisms that are provided in the service. In general, NSPs define this number based on the past statistics of the network service (or a simi design) over a long period of time (e.g. 1 year): A MTBF 100% t arget (MTTR MTBF ) Where The Availability definition may vary between different SLA models and it is therefore important that a clear definition and method of measurement be understood and agreed. Atarget: Availability Target
Availability Target. The Flare Platform will be available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day, with the uptime of 98.5%, except during times of major incident recovery in accordance with Flare’s Business Continuity Management System (“BCMS”) and Disaster Recovery Plan (“DRP”). “
Availability Target. 2.1 The Company will use its best endeavours to make the Software Available, as measured over the course of each calendar month during the Term (each such calendar month, a Service Period), at least 99.9% of the time (the Availability Target). Available means the Software is available and operable for access by End Users materially in accordance with the Documentation. Availability has a corresponding meaning. Actual Uptime means the number of minutes in the Service Period that the Software is Available. Percentage Uptime = [Actual Uptime + Total Minutes in Service Period the Software is not Available due to Scheduled Maintenance, Force Majeure Events and/or the Customer’s breach of the Agreement] ÷ Total Minutes in Service Period x 100.
Availability Target. Appriss will target an availability metric of ninety-nine and five tenths percent (99.5%) of uptime in a calendar month, as measured by the number of actual hours available (excluding agreed upon or excused downtime) as a percentage of total hours (the “Availability Target”). Appriss uses the following formula to determine availability:
Availability Target. As a Tier 1 service, the target availability of Radio Services is 99.5%.
Availability Target. As a Tier 1 service, the target availability of the Emory Web Hosting service is 99.5 %.
Availability Target. As a Tier 1 service, the target availability of the Learning Management System service is 99.5%.
