Support Service Responsibilities. CUSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) respond to and Resolve all Support Requests; (b) provide access to CUSI’s training and materials; (c) provide to Licensee all such other services as may be necessary or useful to correct an Error or otherwise fulfill the Support Services, including defect repair, programming corrections, and remedial programming; and (d) provide maintenance services to Licensee, which may include new version releases, patches, and other items necessary to maintain the Licensed Software.
