SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED. 5.1 During the term of this Amendment, and in addition to the attached Service Level Agreement in Exhibit A, TRX will provide the following maintenance and support services for AE Interactive and the RESX Service (the “Services”) to User:

SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED. 5.1 During the term of this Amendment, and in addition to the attached Service Level Agreement in Exhibit A, TRX will provide the following maintenance and support services for AE Interactive and the RESX Service (the “Services”) to User: (a) Electronic Support. TRX will provide reasonable consultation and support to User’s Operational Representatives via the Internet in response to inquiries from User regarding the operation of the Services, including both technical and User issues, and consultation regarding how to use the Services to meet particular needs.
