Supported Releases. Xxxxxx will continue to support the immediately preceding release of the Software for a period of twelve (12) months following the earlier of (a) the discontinuance of the Software or (ii) the date that a new release of the Software becomes generally available, provided that Customer has paid applicable Maintenance fees and incorporated all Maintenance patch releases issued by Xxxxxx for the release of the Software.
