Plan Fees. Plan Fees are payable monthly in advance. You are required to subscribe to the appropriate Zoomo Plan through the Zoomo Vehicle app, prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. Details about the relevant plans offered by Zoomo for payment of the Plan Fees are set out in the Zoomo app and may be updated from time to time. The relevant plan must be selected by you upon checkout or in any applicable order form or within the Zoomo app. Any changes to our plans and pricing points will be made in our sole discretion in accordance with clause 29 of this Agreement and will be available to you on the link above.
Plan Fees. A. You will pay an upfront enrollment fee (“Plan Fee”) including applicable taxes, if any, upon purchasing the Plan based on the length of the Agreement selected by You and the type of Your Device as set forth in Schedule I in Section 16 below.
B. You will pay the Plan Fee and applicable taxes, if any, to the Authorized Dealer, at the time You purchase the Agreement Plan. Refunds of the Plan Fee and any taxes paid are subject to Your cancellation rights provided in Section 9 below.
C. The “Plan Purchase Date” is the date the Plan Fee was paid.
D. Return or Cancellation within Thirty (30)
Plan Fees. No additional Fees are ascribed to service, Partner will pay Active as set forth in Exhibit D.
Plan Fees. You will not be charged a setup fee. Other fees for services may apply.

C. Refunds and Returns. Coverage will continue to the end of the monthly billing cycle. No refunds will be given.
Plan Fees. In consideration of the aforesaid services provided by the POAM, each participating unit member shall remit, in advance, an annual fee of $60.00 ($5.00 per month). The fee shall be transmitted directly to the POAM offices at 00000 Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000. Where unit participation exceeds 15 members the POAM, at its discretion, may allow payment of the fee in equal monthly installments, to be collected and paid by the unit to the POAM on the 1st of each month.
Plan Fees. The fee for the Plan will be confirmed by Bupa Dental Care on enquiry and once You have agreed to subscribe to a Plan, the fee will be confirmed in the Portal. You agree to pay a monthly fee which is payable in advance to Bupa Dental Care by direct debit. In addition to the monthly fee, a one-off registration fee is payable when You first join the Plan and will be collected when the first month’s direct debit is taken. The registration fee will be confirmed by Your Bupa Dental Care Practice. You will not be charged another registration fee if You transfer Your Plan from one Bupa Dental Care practice to another Bupa Dental Care practice however the monthly fee payable may differ from practice to practice. Please contact the relevant practice for more details. If you end Your Plan or Your Plan is cancelled by Us pursuant to clause 9 below but You start a new Plan within 3 months from the date that Your Plan ended you will not be charged a further administration fee for the new Plan provided that all payments for Your previous Plan are paid in full before the new Plan is agreed.
