Common use of SUPPORTS AND SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SUPPORTS AND SERVICES. The CMHSP shall make available the array of supports and services designated in MCL 330.1206(1) and (for enrolled individuals) those supports and services available under the Children’s Waiver. Relevant service and support descriptions are contained in the current MDHHS Medical Services Administration Policy for Prepaid Health Plans and these definitions are incorporated by reference into this agreement, to the extent they are consistent with the Board’s service obligations under MCL 330.1206(1), and the Children’s Waiver. Attachment C 6.5.1.1 of this contract. The CMHSP must limit services to those that are medically necessary and appropriate, and that conform to professionally accepted standards of care. Discussion of the array of services shall occur during the person-centered planning process, which is used to develop the individual plan of service
