Surrender of Rights. Subject to Section 5.4, the Optionee may at any time during the Option Period give the Optionor written notice of its intentions to surrender all of its rights hereunder, whereupon the Option and this Agreement shall terminate and the working right herein shall lapse.
Surrender of Rights. Licensee’s obligation to pay Patent Costs will continue for so long as this Agreement remains in effect, provided that Licensee may terminate Licensee’s obligations with respect to any given patent application or patent within the Licensed Patents in any designated country upon ninety (90) days written notice to ULRF. In the event of such notice to ULRF, ULRF will undertake to curtail applicable Patent Costs reimbursable by Licensee pursuant to Section 9.2. ULRF may continue prosecution and maintenance of such patent applications or patents at ULRF’s sole discretion and expense, provided that Licensee will have no further rights thereunder.
Surrender of Rights. Should United Grain fail to exercise the Option rights provided hereunder within the time herein specified, all rights and privileges granted hereunder shall be completely surrendered and deemed void, and this Option terminated. At the request of MR\BK, United Grains shall execute a release of its rights hereunder in recordable form as to the Property, or any portion thereof. If United Grain refuses or fails to execute the release described herein, the parties hereto agree that MR\BK may cause this document to be recorded, at its sole option. In the event this Agreement is recorded, all rights and privileges granted United Grain herein shall be extinguished and the Option granted United Grain hereunder shall terminate.
Surrender of Rights. The untimeliness or delay by any party in the execution or implementation of this Agreement shall not be deemed as surrender by that party of its rights under the Agreement. A party may only surrender its rights under the Agreement in writing.

By executing this document, we understand that we are giving up forever all right, title and interest to the above-mentioned Westie and we further understand that all future decisions regarding this animal will be made solely by the Westie Rescue Michigan, Inc. and after adoption, the new owner, possibly in conjunction with Rescue. We also understand that if this Westie is later found to have such an unpredictable temperament as to be unsuitable for the average family, or if this animal’s quality of life is substantially impaired, in the opinion Rescue or a competent veterinarian, by a chronic, irreversible, painful condition, euthanasia may be considered as a final alternative. Further, Westie Rescue does not pay medical bills for privately owned dogs nor will we allow an owner to adopt back a dog they have surrendered.
Surrender of Rights. Subject to Section 6.3, Opes may at any time during the Option Period give Avalanche written notice of its intention to surrender all of its rights hereunder, whereupon the Option and this Agreement shall terminate and the working right herein shall lapse.
Surrender of Rights. Upon the Closing, the holders of VLI Common Shares shall cease to have any rights in respect of the stock, except such rights, if any, as they may have under the Corporation Laws of the State of California and except as otherwise provided herein.
