Survey and Legal Description. 9.1 For purposes of the special or limited warranty deeds and other documents to be delivered to Purchaser by Seller at Closing, the legal description of the Property shall be as set forth on Exhibit A. To the extent that a Survey creates a description other than as set forth on Exhibit A, the revised legal description will be conveyed by a quitclaim deed which is to be delivered at Closing with no adjustment to the Purchase Price.

Survey and Legal Description. Prior to Closing, Buyer shall, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense, cause an accurate survey (“Survey”) of the Property to be made by a reputable and competent registered land surveyor and such Survey shall be delivered to Buyer. Upon review and approval by Seller, the legal description of the Property contained in the Survey shall be used in the Deed and in the Commitment and Title Policy. The same examination, objection and cure periods and termination rights as are provided in Section 4 hereinabove for title matters shall apply to the Survey.
Survey and Legal Description. Prior to the expiration of the Closing Date (as herein defined), Purchaser, at its sole cost and expense, shall obtain a current ALTA/ACSM survey of the Property by a surveyor licensed in the State of Georgia (the “Survey”). If the legal description of the Land prepared on the basis of the Survey differs from the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A, Seller shall, at Purchaser’s request, execute and deliver to Purchaser at Closing a quitclaim deed, in recordable form, containing a legal description of the Land based upon the Survey.
Survey and Legal Description. If any conveyance to the City contemplated by this Section is made by deed from Owner to City, then at least sixty (60) days prior to the closing date, Owner shall obtain and deliver to the City five (5) certified copies of a boundary survey of the site(s) to be conveyed in accordance with § 627.7842, Fla. Stat., including a tract legal description and a metes and bounds legal description of the site(s) and a certification of the acreage thereof. The survey required during the approval process for the development zoning may satisfy this requirement unless the survey was performed more than twenty four (24) months prior to the date of closing. The costs of preparation of the survey(s) and legal descriptions required by this section shall be paid by Owner prior to conveyance. The survey shall show any easements, encroachments or overlaps on the site(s), and all matters affecting title set forth in the title commitment obtained pursuant to the paragraph below entitled “Evidence of Title.” The survey shall also show the relationship of the site(s) to the adjacent parcel and the location of any ingress and egress access easements to the site(s). The survey and legal description shall be certified to the Owner and the City. Survey objections shall be treated in the same manner as objections based on title defects as specified herein.
Survey and Legal Description. During the Inspection Period, PURCHASER may order: (i) a current survey (“current” is defined to be certified within thirty (20) days of the Effective Date), prepared by a registered land surveyor or engineer licensed in the State of Florida showing the boundaries of the Property, and the location of any easements and other matters as reflected on Schedule B II of the title commitment thereon and certifying the number of acres (to the nearest one thousandth acre) of land contained in the Property, all buildings, improvements and encroachments; and (ii) a correct legal description of the Property which, upon approval thereof by PURCHASER and SELLER (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), shall be the legal description used in the Deed. The survey shall be certified to SELLER, PURCHASER and the title insurance company issuing the title insurance.
Survey and Legal Description. At least 5 days prior to Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with a survey by a licensed land surveyor dated not more than 215 six months prior to the date of Closing, showing the present location of all improvements. If Buyer or Buyer's mortgagee desires a more recent or extensive survey, the 216 survey shall be obtained at Buyer's expense. The Parties may amend this Contract to attach a complete and correct legal description of the Property.

The Current Survey shall be certified to SELLER, PURCHASER, the PURCHASER’S mortgage lender and the title insurance company issuing the title insurance.
