Common use of Survey Control Maps Clause in Contracts

Survey Control Maps. The Surveyor will prepare a sealed Survey Control Map Sheet and a Control Detail Sheet for the project which includes the proposed right-of-way line, the survey control baseline, Temporary Benchmarks and the project baseline. The Design Consultant will provide a digital copy of the sheet file border and format for use by KCI Technologies. The survey control deliverables will be provided at a suitable scale for use in 11” x 17” and 22” x 34” formats.
