Surveys & Reports. The services, information, surveys and reports required by the above paragraphs shall be furnished with reasonable promptness in accordance with the approved schedule and the XXXX shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof.

Surveys & Reports. The Customer shall furnish all necessary Site surveys describing the physical characteristics, soils reports and subsurface investigations, legal limitations, utility locations, and a legal description. Sola rCity is rely ing on all reports provided by Customer concerning soils or geological conditions unless specifica lly excluded in writ ing in this Agreement, or by amendments to this agreement, and shall not be responsible for any liability that may arise out of the ma king of or failure to ma ke soils or geological surveys, subsurface soils or geological tests, or general soils or geologica l testing.

  • Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format.   • Expert Reports Without prejudice to the appointment of other kinds of experts where authorised by the applicable arbitration rules, the tribunal, at the request of the disputing parties, may appoint one or more experts to report to it in writing on any factual issue concerning environmental, public health, safety or other scientific matters raised by a disputing party in a proceeding, subject to such terms and conditions as the disputing parties may agree.

  • Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by Owners at its Office any reports and communications, including any proxy solicitation material, received from the Company which are both (a) received by the Depositary as the holder of the Deposited Securities and (b) made generally available to the holders of those Deposited Securities by the Company.
