Accuracy and Completeness. .1 The Consultant, its employees and agents will make every reasonable effort to ensure that personal information that is or is to be used to make a decision that directly affects an individual is both complete and accurate.

Receiving Party assumes full responsibility for investigating all aspects related to the Business Purpose and all conclusions derived from such Confidential Information and agrees that Disclosing Party shall have no liability, direct or indirect, to Receiving Party relating to or resulting from such conclusions and or the Confidential Information.
