SURVIVAL/SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS. It is the express intention and agreement of the parties that Sections 8 through 27 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Term. In addition, all obligations of the Company to make payments under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Article and section headings contained in this Agreement are provided for convenience and reference only, and do not define or affect the meaning, construction, or scope of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
