Common use of SURVIVING SPOUSE AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING SPOUSE AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN. Where a surviving spouse and dependents of a deceased employee are not covered by such plans by reason of their own employment, the Company will extend the coverage under Medical-Surgical Plan, the Extended Health Benefit Plan and the Dental Plan for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the first of the month following the month in which the death occurs.

SURVIVING SPOUSE AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN. Where a surviving spouse and dependents of a deceased employee are not covered by such plans by reason of their own employment, the Company will extend the coverage under Medical-Surgical Plan, the Extended Health Benefit Plan and the Dental Plan for a period of twelve three (123) months, commencing on the first of the month following the month in which the death occurs.

SURVIVING SPOUSE AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN. Where a surviving spouse and dependents dependants of a deceased employee are not covered by such plans by reason of their own employment, the Company will extend the coverage under Medical-the Extended Heath Benefit Plan, for twenty- four (24) months following the death, and Medical Surgical Plan, the Extended Health Benefit Plan and the Dental Plan for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the first of the month months following the month in which the death occursdeath.
