Suspension and Termination of a Nurse. In the event of suspension or termination of a Nurse’s employment by the Employer, the Nurse shall be given written reason for the action taken. If this procedure is not followed, the action taken shall not be void, but the time limits under Article 14 shall not commence until the notice is given.
