Suspension and Transportation Costs. If a Leased Part is found to be defective and is covered by this warranty, the Lease Term and the Lessee’s obligation to pay rental charges as provided in Paragraph 12.4(a) of this Letter Agreement will be suspended from the date on which the Lessee notifies the Lessor of such defect until the date on which the Lessor has repaired, corrected or replaced the defective Leased Part, provided, however, that the Lessee has withdrawn such defective Leased Part from use, promptly after giving such notice to the Lessor. If the defective Leased Part is replaced, such replacement will be deemed to no longer be a Leased Part under the Lease as of the date on which such part was received by the Lessor at the return location specified in the applicable Lease. *** Confidential Treatment Requested
