Suspension of Cure Period. From the date the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration receives the request for arbitration and until such time as the Dispute has been finally settled, the running of the time periods as to which Party must cure a breach of this Agreement shall be suspended as to any breach that has been referred to arbitration.
