Suspension of Funding and Project. Agency may by written notice to Grantee, temporarily cease funding and require Grantee to stop all, or any part, of the Project dependent upon Grant Funds for a period of up to 180 days after the date of the notice, if Agency has or reasonably projects that it will have insufficient funds from the Funding Source to disburse the full amount of the Grant Funds. Upon receipt of the notice, Grantee must immediately cease all Project activities dependent on Grant Funds, or if that is impossible, must take all necessary steps to minimize the Project activities allocable to Grant Funds. If Agency subsequently projects that it will have sufficient funds, Agency will notify Grantee that it may resume activities. If sufficient funds do not become available, Grantee and Agency will work together to amend this Grant to revise the amount of Grant Funds and Project activities to reflect the available funds. If sufficient funding does not become available or an amendment is not agreed to within a period of 180 days after issuance of the notice, Agency will either (i) cancel or modify its cessation order by a supplemental written notice or (ii) terminate this Grant as permitted by either the termination at Agency’s discretion or for cause provisions of this Grant.

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • Conditions of Funding (a) The HSP will:

  • MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS Conditions of employment in effect at the execution of this Agreement shall, except as improved herein, be maintained during the term of this Agreement.

  • – SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT Without prejudice to the Agency's right to terminate the Contract, the Agency may at any time and for any reason suspend execution of the tasks under the Contract or any part thereof. Suspension shall take effect on the day the Contractor receives notification by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or equivalent, or at a later date where the notification so provides. The Agency may at any time following suspension give notice to the Contractor to resume the work suspended. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim compensation on account of suspension of the Contract or of part thereof.

  • CONDITION SUBSEQUENT/NON-APPROPRIATION OF FUNDING The compensation paid to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement is based on COUNTY’S continued appropriation of funding for the purpose of this Agreement, as well as the receipt of local, county, state and/or federal funding for this purpose. The parties acknowledge that the nature of government finance is unpredictable, and that the rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement are therefore contingent upon the receipt and/or appropriation of the necessary funds. In the event that funding is terminated, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, this Agreement and all obligations of the COUNTY arising from this Agreement shall be immediately discharged. COUNTY agrees to inform CONTRACTOR no later than ten (10) calendar days after the COUNTY determines, in its sole judgment, that funding will be terminated and the final date for which funding will be available. Under these circumstances, all billing or other claims for compensation or reimbursement by CONTRACTOR arising out of performance of this Agreement must be submitted to COUNTY prior to the final date for which funding is available. In the alternative, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may agree, in such circumstance, to a suspension or modification of either party's rights and obligations under this Agreement. Such a modification, if the parties agree thereto, may permit a restoration of previous contract terms in the event funding is reinstated. Also in the alternative, the COUNTY may, if funding is provided to the COUNTY in the form of promises to pay at a later date, whether referred to as “government warrants,” “IOUs,” or by any other name, the COUNTY may, in its sole discretion, provide similar promises to pay to the CONTRACTOR, which the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to accept as sufficient payment until cash funding becomes available.

  • Suspension of Access Ricoh reserves the right to suspend or terminate authorizations, or to suspend or block access to all or any part of the Site or Services as provided in paragraph 10 hereof.
