Common use of Suspension of Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Maintenance. As long as the JBE has paid any undisputed amounts of the Maintenance and Support Fee, the JBE shall be entitled to receive Maintenance and Support Services from Contractor. Contractor shall not suspend or terminate Maintenance and/or Support Services without first obtaining either the JBE’s prior written consent or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction (from which no appeal has been or can be taken) affirmatively authorizing such suspension or termination.
