Common use of SUSTAINABLE DESIGN Clause in Contracts

The Professional’s use of a balance of appropriate materials, products and design methods that reduce the impact to the natural ecosystems and be within the Budget constraints of the Project. Sustainable Design shall be used wherever possible by the Professional in their Project design and an itemized list shall be provided with the Professional’s Contract Documents that identifies the processes and products.
