Sustainable Materials. Consistent with Council Policy 100-14, the City encourages use of readily recyclable submittal materials that contain post-consumer recycled content.
Sustainable Materials. 12.1 The Supplier shall ensure that all materials, manufacture, packing for the Supplies used shall comply with all relevant environmental legislation and Codes of Practice. In addition they must be environmentally acceptable and have a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment (unless otherwise specified) when compared with competing Supplies that serve the same purpose.
