System Analysis and Review. Contractor shall review the building automation systems to minimize software problems and identify and correct programming errors, failed points, points in alarm and points that have been overridden. Overridden points shall be released back into auto mode. Verify that the system and controllers are following the design sequence of operation and make necessary changes to correct identified issues or changes to the sequence as directed per Orange County Electronic Systems Coordinator. The Contractor shall meet with on-site operators, review the system, and address any questions or concerns.
