System Design and Plan Approval. 7.5.1Schematic Design. Licensee shall submit System outline specifications in sufficient detail to convey an initial indication of the design of the System with regard to the Licensed Area and Site, the materials to be used in construction, and the types of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to be utilized for approval by the Judicial Council within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date. The Judicial Council shall review the System outline specifications within ten (10) Business Days and respond to Licensee. Once approved by the Judicial Council, the System outline specifications shall become a part of the Project Manual.
