SYSTEM/GSM NETWORK INTEROPERABILITY. Motorola shall design the Software which will enable a System subscriber to register with a GSM network, and a GSM subscriber to register with the System, by means of their home location registry. This feature will also permit roaming subscribers of the System and GSMnetworks to be accessed by use of a single telephone number. This functionality shall be addedto the Gateway Design Package delivered pursuant to Subsection 4.3.B - Milestone 10 of this Exhibit A.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.
