---SYSTEM MAPS. (a) The Licensee shall provide, upon written request, not more than once annually, the Issuing Authority or its designee(s) with Strand Maps of the Licensee’s System plant. If changes are made in said System that effect the accuracy of such Strand Maps, the Licensee shall file updated Strand Maps not more than once annually.
