Good industry practices 12.1.1. SAP warrants that: a) its Services will be performed in a professional xxxxxxx-like manner by Consultants with the skills reasonably required for the Services; and
SAFETY PRACTICES (a) The employer will take reasonable measures to prevent and eliminate any present or potential job hazards which the employees may encounter at their places of work.
Pay Practices The Employer recognizes the importance of regularity in pay practices and to the greatest extent possible the Employer will not alter the payment routines. Nurses will be notified in writing by the Employer not less than sixty (60) days in advance of a change to the pay practices.
System Operations Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.
Cosmetic Services We do not Cover cosmetic services or surgery unless otherwise specified, except that cosmetic surgery shall not include reconstructive surgery when such service is incidental to or follows surgery resulting from trauma, infection or diseases of the involved part, and reconstructive surgery because of congenital disease or anomaly of a covered Child which has resulted in a functional defect , except for cosmetic orthodontics as described in the Dental Care sections of this Contract. Cosmetic surgery does not include surgery determined to be Medically Necessary. If a claim for a procedure listed in 11 NYCRR 56 (e.g., certain plastic surgery and dermatology procedures) is submitted retrospectively and without medical information, any denial will not be subject to the Utilization Review process in the Utilization Review and External Appeal sections of this Contract unless medical information is submitted.
Specialty Prescription Drugs (+ Prorated copayments for a shorter supply period may apply for network pharmacy only. See Prescription Drug section for details. When purchased at a Specialty Pharmacy (+): For maintenance and non-maintenance prescription drugs, a copayment applies for each 30-day period (or portion thereof) within the prescribeddosing period. Tier 5: 20% Not Covered Contraceptive Methods- Preventive Coverage includes barrier method (diaphragmor cervical cap), hormonal method (birth control pill), and emergency contraception. For non-preventive contraceptive prescription drugs and devices, the amount you pay will depend on the tier placement of the contraceptive prescription drug or device. See above for details. When purchased at a Retail Pharmacy: Up to a 365-day supply of contraceptive prescription drugs is available at all network retail pharmacies. Personnel Practices Section 1. The parties agree to establish a Labor-Management Committee to consult on personnel practices. The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives selected by the County and five (5) representatives by the SEIU Local 721. The Chief Executive Officer will designate a representative from CEO/Employee Relations and Department of Human Resources who have authority to resolve issues. The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards.
Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01
Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.
