SYSTEM SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY. A. Unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, or authorized by law, CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain the confidential nature of individual records related to services and referrals. CONTRACTOR shall abide by the current confidentiality provisions of respective statutes when sharing information necessary for the provision of services under this Agreement. No person or employee shall otherwise publish or disclose, use, or permit, cause to be published, disclosed or used, any confidential information pertaining to clients overall.
