Systems Quality Assurance. For each Program Year, AER shall, at its sole cost and expense, make on-site inspections of installed switches and any and all equipment necessary for the operation of the Program by physically inspecting each Control Device at least every ***, targeting approximately *** inspection rate per year. The inspection will ensure that each Control Device is operational and has the ability to control Participants’ End-use Equipment. If the inspection reveals that the Control Device is not operating or is disconnected, AER shall be responsible for restoring the Control Device to Commercial Operation immediately and at no cost to CL&P. AER shall provide CL&P with a written report of the results of all inspections conducted pursuant to this Section 8.4 within thirty (30) days of completing the same. AER is solely responsible at all times for the Control Devices and their operation, including but not limited to, addressing any and all Customer inquiries regarding the same in a timely manner.
