Dispatch. The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.
DispatchPower Marketing shall have the exclusive right and the obligation to effect the Dispatch of the Station. Power Marketing shall effect such Dispatch, either for its own account or as agent for the Owner Entity, through bilateral and standard offer contracts, the Transition Energy Agreements and its bidding into the ISO as Lead Participant, and such Dispatch shall be subject to the physical limitations of the Station as the Owner Entity may advise the ISO or Power Marketing from time to time.
Dispatch. Term-DLM and Auto-DLM Events can be called by the Company for response by Applicant. A Term-DLM Event or Test Event (for clarity and the avoidance of doubt, Test Event for Term-DLM or Auto-DLM, as the case might be, and as provided for by the definition hereunder) may be called by the Company for response by Applicant on not less than two hours’ advance notice to Applicant. In the case of a Term-DLM Event, however, an Advisory must be issued by the Company to Applicant at least 21 hours in advance. With respect to Term-DLM, Applicant must provide four hours of Load Relief during Contracted Hours. As noted previously by the Company to Applicant, including by the RFP, the Contracted Hours are established by the Company for each Network based on individual Network needs and will be posted on the Company’s website no later than January 1st for the upcoming Capability Period, or as soon thereafter as practicable. The Contracted Hours for any Customer that exports power to the Company shall be the Contracted Hours established by the Company for the Network unless the Company assigns an alternate four-hour period. If the Company assigns an alternate four-hour period, then the Company will notify Applicant within ten calendar days of enrollment on the DR Portal. With respect to Auto-DLM, Applicant must provide four hours of Load Relief after receiving at least 10 minutes of notice by the Company. Events can be called in specific Networks, feeders, or geographical areas for peak shaving or reliability needs. Auto- DLM Events may also be called as part of Term-DLM Events, and Applicant will be expected to provide Load Relief during all such Events unless an Auto-DLM Event is called on the same day and prior to the commencement of a Term-DLM Event applicable to the Applicant, and, in such cases, then the Auto-DLM Event need not be responded to prior to the commencement of the ongoing Term-DLM Event. Applicant must be available to respond to Auto-DLM Events between 6 AM and 12 AM (midnight) seven days per week during the Capability Period. The Company will provide reasonable notification to Applicant, including by telephone, e-mail, or machine-to-machine electronic signal, or a combination thereof, in advance of the commencement of a Load Relief Period or Test Event. Applicant shall designate in the DR Portal an authorized representative and an alternate representative to receive notifications. Dispatch. 12.3.13.1 CenturyLink will provide maintenance dispatch personnel in substantially the same time and manner as it provides for itself, its End User Customers, its Affiliates, or any other party. 12.3.13.2 Upon the acceptance of a complete and accurate trouble report from CLEC, CenturyLink will follow internal processes and industry standards, to resolve the repair condition. CenturyLink will dispatch repair personnel on occasion to repair the condition. It will be CenturyLink's decision whether or not to send a technician out on a dispatch. CenturyLink reserves the right to make this dispatch decision based on the best information available to it in the trouble resolution process. It is not always necessary to dispatch to resolve trouble; should CLEC require a dispatch when CenturyLink believes the dispatch is not necessary, appropriate Miscellaneous Charges for dispatch will be billed by CenturyLink to CLEC if CenturyLink can demonstrate that the dispatch was in fact unnecessary to the clearance of trouble or the trouble is identified to be caused by CLEC facilities or equipment. 12.3.13.3 For POTS lines and designed service circuits, CenturyLink is responsible for all Maintenance and Repair of the line or circuit and will make the determination to dispatch to locations other than the CLEC Customer premises without prior CLEC authorization. For dispatch to the CLEC Customer premises CenturyLink shall obtain prior CLEC authorization with the exception of major outage restoration, cable rearrangements, and MTE terminal maintenance/replacement.
Dispatch. Personnel 11 1) CONTRACTOR shall have a comprehensive dispatcher and call taker program that 12 ensures effective dispatch operations with requirements for employee eligibility, education and training. 13 2) CONTRACTOR dispatchers, dispatch supervisors, and Data Management Liaison 14 shall maintain the obligation of accurate recording of all Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) data. 15 a) Assigned dispatchers shall be familiar in the utilization of EOA regional 16 designations, OCEMS provided EOA shape files, and borders to make certain that calls are 17 appropriately assigned and captured for oversight and monitoring. 18 b) Assigned dispatchers shall be aware of the appropriate way to change the status 19 units as each call evolves. (e.g. actual cancellation of units that are removed from a call, dispatching 20 second units, opening secondary Patient Care Reports (PCR) and appropriately recording times prior to 21 closure of the call). 22 c) OCEMS will monitor Dispatch Operations through standards set in Paragraph
Dispatch. To remove the Commodity from storage the Client must give the Xxxxxx notice as specified in the Notice Period (or two days if no period is specified) in advance, in writing, as to when the Commodity will be removed and method of transport required.
Dispatch. (a) BPDB shall have the right to Dispatch the Facility from the Commercial Operations Date, provided that: (i) Dispatch of the Facility must at all times be consistent with the Technical Limits and the Operating Procedures; (ii) Dispatch shall not exceed at any time the then-prevailing Declared Capacity corrected from Reference Site Conditions to average ambient site conditions using correction factors provided pursuant to Section 13.1(b); (iii) during an Emergency, BPDB shall have the right to Dispatch the Facility in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.5 and (iv) except as provided in Section 9.5, BPDB shall Dispatch the Facility in accordance with Economic Dispatch. (b) The Company shall have the right to determine the operating modes (including but not limited to the determination of how to load each generating unit of the Facility. (c) Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to require the Company to operate the Facility at any time, including during an Emergency, in any manner inconsistent with the Technical Limits or the Laws of Bangladesh. (d) BPDB will provide the Company with at least five (5) minutes advance notice of changes in operating levels to be achieved by the Facility, or such greater period as may be required by the Technical Limits. (e) The Company agrees to comply with the instructions it receives from BPDB pursuant to this Section 9.2. In the event that the Company is unable to comply for reasons other than the instructions being inconsistent with the Technical Limits, BPDB’s sole remedy shall be as provided in Section 8.3, 8.4 or 13.2(g) as applicable .

Qwest will dispatch repair personnel on occasion to repair the condition. It will be Qwest’s decision whether or not to send a technician out on a dispatch. Qwest reserves the right to make this dispatch decision based on the best information available to it in the trouble resolution process. It is not always necessary to dispatch to resolve trouble; should RESELLER require a dispatch when Qwest believes the dispatch is not necessary, appropriate charges will be billed by Qwest to RESELLER for those dispatch-related costs in accordance with Exhibit A (make sure exact name for charge is listed). 9.3.13.3 For POTS lines, Qwest will not request authorization from RESELLER prior to dispatch. For lines supported by Qwest’s designed services process, Qwest may accept RESELLER authorization to dispatch. Qwest’s operational processes are regularly reviewed and may be altered in the future. Should processes be changed, RESELLER will be notified. 9.3.13.4 RESELLER shall perform appropriate trouble isolation and screening prior to submitting a trouble report to Qwest.
Dispatch. Two (2) twelve (12) hour shifts, Sunday through Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Shift rotation pattern to be determined by the supervisor for 84 hours of work every two week period. Sidebar agreements as outlined in Appendix “D” will apply.
